Gorgeous poinsettias at great prices! I didn't realize until today just how much the "snob shop" growers are charging for these this year! On this size and this quality they want $32.99! We sell this size, 8" pot, 3 plants in a pot, for $19.99! And it still looks like I'm going to get stuck with them. SPREAD THE WORD!! Please don't let these wind up on the heap in January the way a big bunch of them did last year!

Bless her precious pea pickin' heart, she just couldn't make the transition from hourly employee to the "scrape to get by in the lean" and "roll in it when it's fat" as a family team player in a small business.
Needless to say my workload and stress levels are off the scale right now, but I'm used to that.
Mom tends the store, I do everything else. I also heat with wood and didn't get my firewood packed in for winter because I was doing field work to get bills and staff paid so I'm having to be a part time lumberjack just to keep enough wood on the porch. I'll be very glad indeed when I finally get caught up. These 20 degree nights on the porch with a maul splitting firewood at 4 am are an exercise worthy of Marine bootcamp and a dandy workout but it does get old after awhile. :)
Why do you think I swing from the rafters like a freaking monkey? :)
